Happy Girl :)

We've been talking thankfulness lately, right? Well, allow me to get mushy for a just a sec, if I may. Here's a fun fact: I like this boy. And he kind of likes me too. And today, we're Facebook official, which seems silly to say but actually kind of means something in this day and age. He's a pretty terrific boyfriend. He's prone to these romantic gestures that have me saying, "Are you for real?" [I mean seriously, regular appearances of strawberries and champagne? and once on a random Tuesday night?? sounds like a prank to me. O.o] He's got excellent facial hair and he recently purchased the fancy treats for my cat and he's really excited for me as I head off to the beach. Oh, and did I mention that he's pretty stinkin' adorable? What more could a girl ask for? I hope he's not embarrassed by this post [did I mention he's also an avid reader and fan of my blizzog?] but I had to gush for a just a moment. I'm thankful for you, sir. :) 
Thank you for thinking that I deserve to be treated better than even I think I deserve to be treated. Thank you for being proud to be with me, for wanting to introduce me to your friends, for your friends knowing that I work in a museum and asking me about it even though I've never talked to them before [which lets me know you've raved about me ;)] , for Saturday morning Starbucks deliveries at work, for liking me and thinking I'm funny and wanting to be around me [as these are the really important things, after all]. 

That is all. Carry on with your weeks, you plucky piquettes... and in this week of Thanksgiving, don't forget to count your lucky stars. We all have them!

      THIS is the most stinkin' adorable post I've ever seen. Ever. I'm so happy for you. He definitely seems like a keeper. I'm so glad that you've found a guy that treats you the way you deserve to be treated. Happy Thanksgiving! :)
