I'm no expert but [viii]

... hurricanes kind of suck.

... ellipticals are great for working out the buns but are also something akin to a death trap. Let go of one of those poles for a second and you're suddenly grappling for balance at the risk of being ground to pulp between those rotating stairs. Yeesh.

... when it snows on Halloween, the Christmas season has officially begun.

... anything you ever need in a wardrobe can be found at a discounted rate at a second-hand store and still make you look [and feel] like a million bucks.

... sewing machines are lot more useful when you actually know how to use them.

... friendships are tough sometimes because, as well as you feel like you know someone, there's always something going on her head that you aren't privy to ... and you have no defense against that secret, inner voice.

... hugs not drugs.

... the Universe could not possibly be building me up so much for Keurig with all of these mentions and discussions and references if it wasn't actually going to bless me with a Keurig at the soonest possible moment, right?

... maybe Barbara Kingsolver is. She says, "The friend who holds your hand and says the wrong thing is made of dearer stuff than the one who stays away."

... since they haven't come up with something new in years, someone in TV land should consider remaking two quality programs for tweens because the youth of America are suffering. These programs include "The Baby-Sitters Club" and "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" Dear Hollywood, Get on it!

Sarah :: Plucky in Love

Sarah, aka "Plucky", blogs on the reg, unless she's on vacation or there's a Pretty Little Liars marathon or she's mulling over the implications of the phrase "on fleek." She can't live without iced coffee, a portable phone charger, or equal pay. Say hello!
