Chopsticks by Jessica Anthony and Rodrigo Corral

If you enjoy romance, angst, and a unique story-telling method, I'm going to just go ahead and recommend you give this story a shot. Rather unconventionally (and incredibly cool!), the story is told through a variety of scrapbook pages, pictures, playlists, and IM conversations. I "read" it last night. The story was very full of angst and young love, but it was told in SUCH a cool way. As in, when you open the first page, it's an image of the sky through a tree. The next page is an image of the sidewalk. So you can tell that this scene is outside, it's warm out, and possibly in a park or neighborhood. It was just so interesting to experience a story this way!

Really, though. What's not to love? My freshman year of college, a few girls and I spent a long weekend watching 18 hours a day for 3 days straight. It was awesome. So the first 3 seasons are my favorite for a few a reason, but then the characters and storyline start to get a little wonky. I've been rewatching the first season, and it's just as good the second time around!

GUYS! Where have I been?? I've heard this band on the lips and fingertips of friends and bloggers for ages, and finally finally downloaded their stuff. I. Am. In. Love. Mellow but catchy and also telling interesting stories. A+, Dracula dudes.

The Anatomy of Buzz by Emanuel Rosen

I picked this up at the library and I'm slowly working my way through it. I can't really tell you what it's about because I started it late one night and can't actually remember a whole lot. In any case, for a blogger and entrepreneur, this seems like an obvious choice for "how to be better at what I do and spread the word that I'm doing it." I'll let you know how it goes.
