I am SO happy with my switch from Apple to Android, EXCEPT when it comes to accessing apps. I have gone on and on about irunurun (NOT AN AFFILIATE), but I just really love it that much. Sadly, they do not have an Android-friendly version of their app. In order to access and update my goals quickly, I added the website as an icon on my home screen. Did you know that was a thing?? Here's how you can add any website as a shortcut:
1. Using Chrome, navigate to the webpage you'd like to access from your home screen.
2. On that site, click on the three vertical dots on the top right of the screen and select "Add to Home screen".
3. Update the title if necessary and click "Add".
4. Navigate to your homescreen and find the newly created icon. It's title will match the title you added in the previous step.
Ta da! That's it!
Bonus Step: Customize the icon.
5. Press and hold the new icon for about 2 seconds, then release. A small purple paintbrush will overlay the icon. Click it and you'll be taken to a whole gallery of icons to choose from! You can actually do this for any of the apps on your phone, not just the custom bookmarks like this one!

Happy Bookmarking!

I did this for my blog homepage a while back but tried to do it with another site the other day and could not for the life of me remember how to do it! This is a perfect how to! Pinning it for later!
